With the recent announcement of the discontinuation of the HP TouchPad, HP Care Pack Services are no longer for sale from online stores or the on-device application.
If an HP Care Pack has already been purchased, it will be honored and supported according to its terms. For those devices without a Care Pack, the Standard warranty will still be provided, which includes 1 year hardware coverage and 90-day telephone support.

Only an HP Care Pack provides one-stop service and support from HP webOS experts, extending your coverage beyond the standard, complimentary 90 day period. Call us, for as long as your Care Pack is active, so we can help you get the most from your webOS device.

A second year of hardware protection can be added to your existing manufacturer's warranty. Should you encounter a problem, feel confident knowing your sending your device into an HP authorized repair facility.

ADP is available to ensure you're covered if an unexpected accident happens to your HP webOS product. Send us your device and we'll either fix or replace it at no cost to you.
