Warranty

This product is covered under a limited warranty for 1 year. Eligible in-warranty repairs are offered at no charge for one year from the date of original purchase. You may be responsible for shipping charges. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from certain events or conditions. Please review your warranty for more information.

Repair

In warranty repair: Repairs for AT&T-branded smartphones are handled by AT&T. Please contact AT&T to arrange for in-warranty service.

Out of warranty repair: If the damage to your device falls outside warranty coverage, or if your device is no longer covered under the limited warranty period, you can arrange for an out-of-warranty repair. Cost: $149 US ($199 CAN)
