I forgot my Palm profile credentials
What are Palm profile credentials?
When you set up your phone, you create a Palm profile. Your
profile gives you access to services like automatic updates and
automatic backups of the info that is stored only on your phone
and isn’t synchronized with an online account. Credit card information
is also stored in your Palm profile (not on the phone). Your Palm
profile credentials include the following items:

Password
-
Security question and answer (optional)

menu.

Select Palm Profile.

Enter the password associated with your Palm profile. The
email address is displayed.

Enter your password incorrectly three times on your
phone. You are sent an email called “How to reset your security
information” from Palm_Inc@email.palmnewsletters.com.

Check the SPAM folder if the email does not arrive
after a few minutes.

If you received multiple password reset email messages, only
the most recent message is valid.

If the email does not arrive after 20 minutes, contact your
email service provider to find out if the email was blocked. If
the email was blocked, after it is unblocked, try this procedure
again.

If you still do not receive this email, contact your wireless
service provider.

When the email arrives, open it and click the link in it.
Note If you receive an error message, such as “Authentication Token
Disabled,” you mat have clicked a link in an expired password reset
email message. Confirm that you clicked the link in the most recent
password reset email message.

At the linked site, enter a new password, and then enter it
again to confirm.

You can also add a security question by selecting Change
Security Question. Select a new question from the list, and
enter an answer.

Select Reset Password. You are sent
an email confirming the changes.

Enter the new password on the phone to complete the process.
