If you have not updated your Treo 680 software version to Treo680-1.09-ATT or later you may see performance issues with your device related to an AT&T network upgrade.
These symptoms include:
Freezing/resetting while receiving, placing, or talking on a phone call
Freezing/resetting while utilizing the AT&T data network, or network-enabled applications
Freezing/resetting while sending or receiving SMS messages
Random freezing/resets
How to troubleshoot:
Check the device software version:
If the software version is Treo680-1.03-CNG or Treo680-1.03-ATT, you must update your device to the latest software version.
