Current
Current and recent products. You can expect to be eligible for the full range of HP consumer support services and channels for your region.
Products no longer sold as new by HP and its authorized resellers. While many service and support options are available during this phase, some offerings may be limited or evaluated by HP in preparation for the next support lifecycle phase.
Have not been sold by Palm or its authorized resellers for an extended period of time. Palm offers paid phone support for these products, and you may search or post a question in our Community Help Forums (English). Software updates to add compatibility with new Windows or Mac OS releases, service packs, and mail servers may not be available for legacy products.
Original products of Palm and Handspring. Online support materials are no longer available for these products. Assisted support (phone and chat) is not available.
